Subscriptions and premium access

If premium access or restore does not appear immediately, first verify your App Store account, then retry from Settings. Purchase status is managed through Apple and synced in the app.

Downloads and offline playback

Downloaded sessions stay available locally while premium access is active. If a download looks stuck, remove it from the Library and download it again from the app.

Privacy and diagnostics
