This Privacy Policy describes how Zerionia collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data across our public website, editorial properties, and digital products.
It applies to the Zerionia website, editorial pages, portfolio pages, and contact flows, newsletter, waitlist, and support forms published by Zerionia, mobile applications, prototypes, and digital products released by Zerionia, including Late Night Walks.

Data Controller
Zerionia is the controller for the personal data described in this policy unless another entity is explicitly identified for a specific service.

Data We Collect
Contact and support information: name, email address, and the content of messages you send through forms, support channels, or direct email.
Newsletter and waitlist information: email address and, when you provide it, optional context about your interest in a product or release.
Website usage data: page views, referrers, coarse device and browser details, and performance events used to understand traffic and improve the site.
Product usage data: session launches, feature usage, subscription status events, diagnostic logs, and similar operational telemetry for supported apps.
Purchase and entitlement data: subscription product identifiers, purchase status, trial status, renewals, and restore events processed through Apple and RevenueCat when applicable.
Locally stored data on your device: interface preferences, app settings, favorites, download state, playback resume state, and offline media references needed for core product behavior.
How We Use Data
We use personal data to operate and secure our services, respond to support requests, deliver newsletters or waitlist updates you asked for, and maintain product reliability.
For apps such as Late Night Walks, we also use operational data to unlock entitlements, restore purchases, diagnose playback or download issues, measure stability, and improve the product experience.
When advertising or analytics features are enabled in a product, related data may also be used to measure campaign performance, ad delivery, or product adoption.
Legal Bases

Late Night Walks Specific Notes
Late Night Walks may store playback preferences, ambient layer settings, favorites, downloaded session records, diagnostic events, and local resume state directly on your device to support offline playback and session continuity.
If you purchase premium access on iOS, Apple handles payment processing and RevenueCat may be used to validate and sync entitlement status. Zerionia does not receive your full payment card details.
If analytics, diagnostics, or ads are enabled in a Late Night Walks build, those tools may receive limited usage, device, or subscription metadata needed for app operation, debugging, measurement, or ad serving.
Cookies, Local Storage, and Similar Technologies
The Zerionia website uses limited local technologies such as localStorage to remember interface preferences, for example theme selection.
We may also use privacy-conscious analytics technologies to understand site usage and improve performance.
Our mobile products may store local preferences, cache files, and offline content references on device storage as part of their normal function.
Sharing and Processors
We do not sell personal data in the ordinary sense of selling contact lists or personal profiles.

Support messages, newsletter records, and waitlist records may be retained until you ask for deletion, unsubscribe, or the data is no longer useful for the service.
Locally stored app data remains on your device until you remove it, clear app storage, delete downloaded content, or uninstall the app.
