Data We Collect
Contact form
Name, email address, and message content. Legal basis: legitimate interest in responding to your request (GDPR Art. 6.1.f).
Waitlist & newsletter signups
Email address only. Legal basis: your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 6.1.a). You may withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing via the link in any email.
Theme preference
Your display theme is saved in your browser’s localStorage. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
How We Use Your Data
Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your message and are never shared with third parties for any other purpose.
Waitlist and newsletter email addresses are used exclusively to notify you of relevant updates you signed up for.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data under any circumstances.
Data Retention
Contact messages: retained for up to 1 year from receipt, then permanently deleted.
Waitlist signups: retained until you unsubscribe, or for a maximum of 3 years of inactivity, whichever comes first.

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Your display theme preference is stored in localStorage (not a cookie) and is never transmitted to our servers. No cookie consent banner is required.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, and request data portability.
To exercise any of these rights, email contact@zerionia.com. We will respond within 30 days.
